Abstract :
In order to support complex negotiation process for High-tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE), this paper first analyzes the general negotiation problems according to the characteristics of High-tech Virtual Enterprise, and establishes HTVE negotiation process UML model with the Unified Modeling Language. Then with the improving of Petri net with UML activity diagram, this paper establishes HTVE negotiation process Petri Net model. At last, this paper builds HTVE negotiation process simulation model with ExSpect software package and analyzes the simulation results in detail.
