  • Abstract
Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of investor relationship management, this research analyzed the relationship between investor relationship management and investment satisfaction, developed a theoretical model, and made an empirical test. A sample of 241 investors of listed companies was used to test the model we presented. The result indicates that investor relationship management has a positive effect on governance structure, financial performance and investment satisfaction. At the same time, listed companies´ governance structure and financial performance play partly intermediate roles in building and sustaining investment satisfaction.
