Abstract :
This paper presents a design and implementation of an integrated 3-channel manifold-coupled multiplexer using the HTS technology. With the use of 6-pole lumped element filter design, the 4 GHz 3-channel multiplexer has been realized on a single 2" LaAlO/sub 3/ wafer. Excellent performance has been achieved for the 6-pole HTS lumped element filter. Theoretical and experimental results are presented for a 3-channel manifold-coupled multiplexer.<>
