Analysis of Sustainable Development of Family Enterprises

This study points out the problem why the family enterprises cannot realize sustainable development with analysis of the current situation to the China´s enterprises, moreover,the corresponding countermeasures to solving those problems are proposed.The proposed measures include carrying on the management system reform, implement innovation of manpower, developing successors,national policy support and optimizing financing channel of the family enterprises,etc.. It is believed that proposed package of measures could benefit the China´s family enterprises.
