            Abstract : 
The purpose of this paper is to constitute a model that apply to evaluate an organization-equality, according to the result of the evaluation model, the leaders of the organizations should establish a sort of policy to make sure the organization will run in a more fair way and the relatively equality will be formed within the organization eventually, and finally a harmonious social system can be established.
