Abstract :
The theory of information technology becomes a research focus in recent years. According to implementing characteristic and requirement of ERP and the current situation of domestic and international enterprises, this text has proposed acceptance model of ERP system and probed into the key factor of implementing ERP of enterprises from the individual behavioral respect on the basis of unified theory of acceptance and use of technology.
