Abstract :
Industrial restructuring is an important way of changing the mode of economic development and improving the quality of economic growth. Colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating high quality talents and providing intellectual support for the industrial upgrading. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical value to research on the relationship of innovative talents cultivating in higher education and industrial structure. Grey correlation method is applied to studying the relationship between innovative talents nurturing in higher education and industrial structure. The results indicate that the innovative talents cultivating in higher education is closely linked with industrial structure. The increase in the number of students and the enhancement of human capital has significant effect on industrial upgrading. The talents cultivation of higher education must be adjusted to the development of industrial structure and employment structure.
