Abstract
Construction of Domain Ontologies is high prioritized task to produce the high quality results for Semantic Web. Many approaches have been developed in the recent times and those are using different analysis measures, tools and techniques. But still there is uncertainty in developing semi-automated and automated ontologies. In this paper we propose a framework which integrates the high qualified class labels generated by the Semantically Enriched Text Clustering algorithm (SETC) with protégé tool, which leads to semi-automatic construction of domain ontologies effectively.
