Abstract
The reorganization of Chinese telecommunication industry and 3G licenses the Chinese government issued in 2009 have brought good opportunities for development of Chinese mobile business. In this paper, it focuses on the characteristics of three major operators: China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, and the current problems in China 3G era. Also it makes a comparative study of mobile business operations strategy, and points out that China Mobile´s leading the strategy, China Telecom´s differentiation strategy, China Unicorn´s low-cost strategies are based on the characteristics of their own resources and Chinese mobile business market pattern, which avoid price war for the over the past few years in mobile business market. It has a positive significance to the rapid development of mobile business in China.
