Abstract :
A unique V-band power amplifier has been developed using an n-way chain combiner/divider. The power level obtained was 0.75 W at 55 GHz using four 640 /spl mu/m PHEMTs. To date, this is the highest power reported in the literature from power combined FETs in this band.<>
