Abstract :
This paper describes new high efficiency amplifiers. They are single and push-pull power amplifiers and the operating frequency is in the 0.8 GHz band. In the experiments, the maximum power and power added efficiency of the single amplifier were 5.1 W and 62%, and those of the push-pull amplifier were 12 W and 82%.<>
