Abstract :
The conditions for stability of two port microwave networks is usually described in terms of K and B1, etc. This actually describes the even mode stability of the network. Certain networks have other possible modes of oscillation. Recent papers have described these for parallel and push pull networks. This paper looks at more general linear networks which can have odd modes of oscillation not detected from the input and output ports
