Abstract :
This paper makes a comparative study on organizational career management in three different types of hotels. Results of factor analysis indicate that hotel organizational career management can be demonstrated by four dimensions: fair promotion, paying attention to training, career self-cognitive and information transparency. Generally speaking, foreign-owned hotel has an advantage over the other two types of hotels in these four dimensions. And its organizational career management has more positive influence on employee behavior.
