Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the industrial economic development and pollutant emission trend, this paper, taking Shaanxi Province as an example, used the data of pollutant emission from 2001 to 2006 in various industrial sectors in Shaanxi Province and got the pollution emission intensity of various industrial sectors by using the method of comprehensive evaluating indicator. The clustering analysis on industry GDP contribution rate and pollution emission intensity was made by the method of K-means algorithm. The paper classifies industrial sectors into four types, including adjustment-based development industry, encouragement-based development industry, transformation-based development industry and restriction-based development industry and provides theoretical and practical basis for further adjusting industrial structure.
