Abstract :
A technique to resonantly enhance and tune the low-frequency response of a LiNbO/sub 3/ traveling wave modulator is presented. High-frequency performance of velocity matched LiNbO/sub 3/ modulators with low half-wave voltages is shown to be relatively independent of termination.<>
