Abstract
In this paper, the concepts of "Ordinary Staffs" (OS) and "Virtual Equity" (VE) are defined. And then the paper elaborates the status of the virtual equity incentive of ordinary staffs (VEIOS) in recent years, based on which it anatomizes the views why OS needn\´t be incented by VE. On this basis, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of VEIOS through three angles of "Feeling", "Reason" and "Trend", and puts forward some suggestions of VEIOS at last.
