Abstract :
A 94 GHz transmitter, consisting of a 16 way combination of Ka-band Mimic Amplifiers and step recovery diode triplers is described. Predicted output power is 1 watt over a 500 MHz bandwidth. It operates with a 0 to 100% duty cycle and provides phase response suitable for transmission of phase coded, frequency agile radar wave forms.<>
