Abstract :
The negotiation process is analyzed according to the different stages of the whole operation process of High-tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE). The negotiation problems are divided into three categories by three main attributes: nature, stage and whether they are indicators. By using forward inference combine with natural language processing and calling corresponding model through human-computer interaction, negotiation problems are identified and resolved, which provides a new problem processing platform for fast and efficient conduct of negotiation among the HTVE members.
