Abstract :
Remediation for failure mold can have it to turn waste into treasure. Studied and described the mold remediation technologies including mold welding remediation technology, micro-pulse welding remediation technology, thermal spray technology, mold laser cladding remediation technology and electro brush plating technology, and prospected mold remediation remanufacturing trends. Mold remediation remanufacturing made mold scrapped back to life, this not only saved the cost of expensive mold production and snatched away a lot of time, whether from the conservation of resources, reduce costs, or from the added social benefits to view, it is of great significance. With the promotion of China´s policy of construction conservation-oriented society, mold remediation and remanufacturing new technologies will develop faster.
