  • Abstract
    In this paper, we discuss the problem of the road vehicles detection based on video sequence images. In order to eliminate the effects of vehicle´s self-shadow in nature lights, we present a novel method which combines the region-based algorithm with the pixel-based algorithm, based on multi-feature fusion to get rid of shadow regions. The dissertation demonstrates the advantages of the proposed algorithm by experimentation.
