Abstract :
Personnel assessment and selection is one of the most effective approaches to obtain the organizational competitive advantage. Traditional personnel selection technique based on competency assessment can´t satisfy the organizational need, therefore, emphasize the importance of P-J-O fit in selection context. Based on the ASD growth model, this study conduct a semi interview, find out that the construct of the assessment could include five aspects: competency, KSAs, Values, personality and need-supplies.
