Abstract :
Information resources´ sharing is considered as the key of e-government construction. The benefits and risks of information sharing will influence the performance of e-government of information sharing. The current paper explored the factors which might have influence to the feelings of its users´ perceived benefits and risks. The results suggest that information sharing security, information sharing availability, and organization trust play key role in the process of information sharing. The study provides evidences for all levels of government, the relevant consulting agencies and others interested to make policy and implement their mechanisms of information sharing.
