  • Abstract
Constraints and conflicts of human resource in case of multi-project have been recently focused on by researcher. And it is one of the important reasons for project failure. How to effectively manage the human resource in multi-project case is that all enterprises must address. This paper proposes a multi-project human resource allocation method which designs a group of input and output indicators which can reflect the performance of human resource allocation. The method mainly uses data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the project´s schedule of the parallel multiple projects, then dynamically adjusts human resource allocation and improves the performance of multi-project to improve the resources utilization and the success rate of multi-project.
