Abstract :
Considers time-delay systems with linear nominal model and nonlinear input perturbations. The delay is known. The sliding surface is a functional one, i.e. it takes into consideration the whole state of the system (present and past values). The largest value of the admissible delay bound is obtained via a LMIs approach. An illustrative example is provided
