Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a comprehensive analysis of combining method, which combines AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It is an effective quantitative analysis method for technical and economic evaluation of distribution network with the difficult “fuzzy problems”. As the gradual formation of China´s electricity market, distribution network has become an important part of power system, and China has paid great attention to its distribution network technical and economic evaluation. At the same time, China has also emphasized on the construction, operation, and implementation in various link indicators for evaluation. This article first establishes the corresponding index of the evaluation system, then using AHP determines the weights of indicators. Finally, according to the evaluation index we make the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation through the blur of fuzzy transformation.
