Abstract :
This article based on the combination of intelligent virtual design for mould research direction, it takes the intelligent die edge design module as object of study. Based on automatic selecting components, the essay theoretically analyzed the components combination. Summarized the combination of assembly components rules, established the mathematics model and corresponded programming, so the automatic assembly of the combination of virtual assembly die edge module of components would be available. The secondary development of SolidWorks is proved an effective way. The innovative research foundation of intelligent combined mold design would be setup.
