  • Abstract
    A model for mutual impedance calculation in probe fed conformal cylindrical microstrip antenna arrays, covered by a protection layer, is presented. The model is based on the Green´s function for multilayered cylindrical structures calculated in the Fourier domain. The integral equations for unknown current distributions on the microstrip elements are solved by the method of moments (MOM). As an application, the mutual impedance between two wraparound antennas is calculated
