Abstract :
A control system of integrated circuit (IC) molding and separation is designed, and we analyzed the control part of the system. The system is based on BP neural network´s PID controller, it focus on the application of BP neural network on the basis of FPGA, the design of PID controller on the basis of ARM, the servo motor´s control and the implementation of position detection using Optical Encoder. Experimental results show that the advantages of the system are applied, fast, and reliable.
