Abstract :
The classical dipole theory has been extended to determine the mutual coupling effect on the parameters of the Yagi-Uda antenna in the array environment. The approach is very simple and useful in designing a Yagi antenna array and takes a shorter computer time as compared to the commonly used numerical technique of the method of moments. Experiments which were carried out to validate the theoretical results, show very good agreement
