Abstract :
I-V and I-time measurements to characterize the Polymer-Dielectric interface of Tantalum/Ta2O5/Polymer capacitors were performed. The interface consists of a conducting polymer - PEDOT (poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and Ta2O5. The leakage current measurements on these capacitors were found to be consistent with Poole-Frenkel Emission in the bulk of the dielectric.
