Abstract :
It is an often-seen, natural phenomena that electric wires covered by ice at high latitudes or alpine areas in winter. Covering ice poses serious threat to the security of grid operation. The melting ice method through short circuit was afterwards and artificially. In this paper, the original concept of distribution network reconfiguration is expanded, and two special mathematic models of network reconfiguration facing on melting ice of wires is established. The target functions are to minimize the length of wire covered with ice and to minimize the demand energy to melt ice separately. At the end, the resolving method based on tabu algorithm is discussed simply.
