Construction projects are faced with several major problems, such as lack of co-operation, limited trust and inefficient communication. As an innovative procurement approach, partnering has been used in many construction projects in past decades to achieve better project outcomes and to reduce construction disputes. Based on the character of construction projects and partnering, this paper demonstrated that partnering in construction projects have widely suitable space and important value.
