Abstract
On the basis of analyzing various possible external threats and internal vulnerability in our country, this paper constructed a security index system of e-government system, introduced the algorithm of quantitative evaluation by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, and then proposed solutions to these threats.
