Abstract :
This paper uses Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN) methodology to model the reliability of different organizations of ship oil spill emergency relief. Given three different kinds of cooperation relationships in ship party, headquarter and other relevant departments in the relief, first we analyze parameters influencing the reliability of whole organization system and then we give the reliability expressions.
