Abstract :
The designed controlling technology based on fuzzy expert system was applied in an Iron and Steel Co. It turns out when the temperature deviation of the system is small, the expert system works to make the temperature achieve the setting temperature. On the other hand, the fuzzy controlling works while the temperature deviation is large. Under this condition, the temperature stability of the roaster was badly affected by gas flow, atmosphere flow, spent acid and exhausted stream pressure is solved successfully with this system.
