Abstract :
In this paper we present a solution of distributed and loose-coupling industry automatic control system based on software bus Internet oriented directly. As the software bus for the hardware and application abstraction we used the LabMap. For the fieldbus I/O modules we took Phoenix Contact I/O systems. For the controlled platform we took MATLAB/Simulink. The solution illustrated in this work provides more flexible system configuration mode, better control effect and performance relating to the traditional control system. Its multi-mode support of remote control basing on distributed network can satisfy more application requirements in industrial automation area. It offers an outlook for the cases where software bus can be used to optimize the control system.
