Abstract :
This paper introduces the automatic control system based on PID control algorithm,which adjust the roller-type cutter´s height.Analyzed the 3MDZK-12 type cotton top-cutting machine´s hydraulic elevator institutions and electrohydraulic proportional control system principle; Established the mathematical model of cutter´s height control system, and using MATLAB to computer simulation and PID correction.The simulation results show that the system used for cutter height adjustment automatic control can obtain satisfactory control effect.
