Abstract :
In this work we present the educational innovations employed in adpating the subject "Wave Transmission" of the new Electrical Engineering Degree, which starts in September 2011 as an exigence from the knowledge society and the EU common policy for higher education. These innovations are based on a blended learning model which comprises both master classes and educational methods based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), by using the computational package Mathematica® and the Course Management System Moodle. The learning process is based on problem resolution and by following a text book. It is worth noting that the main subject syllabus has changed with the new plan, and that it is now structured in levels.
