International ISDN: a network operator´s experience

Reviews British Telecom´s experiences as an international network operator, in rolling out ISDN (integrated service digital network) internationally. A brief description is given of the key links required to support an international ISDN and British Telecom´s role in supplying these. The various initiatives between international network operators in creating a network capable of supporting ISDN from customer to customer are highlighted.
