Abstract :
A novel chip design of chopper-stabilized operational amplifier is presented, chopper-wave modulation and demodulation is used in the architecture, and its lj noise is reduced remarkably. To extend common mode input voltage range, a novel rail-to-rail differential amplifier is adopted in the input-stage. The range of common mode input voltage is from zero to power supply voltage, and it consumes about 22 muA quiescent current. When sine wave input signal frequency is 1 kHz and output power is 0.5 W, the THD of output signal is only 0.05%.
