Abstract :
Developing rural electric power is one of the contents of China´s building socialist new countryside. This paper analyses rural electric power supply enterprises´ management problems at present in China, and puts forward the project of county-level power supply enterprises management innovation and organization configuration which changes the present organization mode into mixed course department structure mode. The methods include establishing centered platforms and operation mechanisms.
