Abstract :
This article has studied the intrinsic system of the urban earring capacity.Author considers that the urban earring capacity system was composed of four parts including the urban resources earring capacity, the urban environment earring capacity, the urban infrastructure earring capacity and the urban inhabitants earring capacity. These four parts could be segmented for 14 projects respectively such as land resource carrying capacity and so on. Based on this, this article has discussed the way in which the urban carrying capacity influenced on urbanization rate: The urban resources carrying capacity and the urban infrastructure carrying capacity had decided the growth poles of the urbanization rate. The urban environment carrying capacity had decided the rising speed of urbanization rate. The urban inhabitants carrying capacity had the dual effects upon the growing urbanization rate. Finally, this article has constructed the mathematical model which described the influence of urban carrying capacity on the urbanization rate.
