Abstract :
By summarizing the software development experience and the research on the software methodology, the paper presented a metadata oriented software development method. The practice of this method in the real world software development had been discussed. Meanwhile we compared this method with other methods and pointed out that these methods are interrelated and indivisible. These methods should be used together in software development to facilitate the success of the development.
