Abstract :
A kind of high heat-resistance and corrosion coating which can be used to resist at 550°C, salt spray resistance time to 168h was prepared by boron modified silicone resin for raw material, glass flake as filler, titanium dioxide as pigment, silane coupling agent as additives. The results showed that the optimal coating performance was obtained at pigment grinding time 2h, high speed dispersion coatings 2h, the pigment to binder ratio of 0.3:1, KH-560 account for the total coatings 2.1%, glass flake pigments account for the mass ratio of 75%. The paint film has good Conventional performance.
