Abstract :
This paper presents a novel automatic soil disinfecting appliance using solar energy. It can disinfect farmland soil and agricultural facilities soil. The appliance consists of Linear sunlight focusing optical device, parabolic mirror, it has a slot at bottom and focused sunlight can radiate soil through the slot. By doing this, soil can be heated to high temperature, at which pest, pathogenic bacteria and harmful microorganism are killed. Thus it can prevent soil spread diseases effectively. The sunlight focusing optical device was set on a power barrow which driven by solar energy. The optical device was to driven by sun light tracing part to get enough sunshine. Photovoltaic cells installed can convert solar energy to electricity, we can place cistern, food, agricultural products or solar cells under the slot to be heated up or irradiated. It´s accord with energy conservation and environmental protection requirements. Using this device, we can get green agricultural products.
