Abstract :
On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of Jiangxi waterway toll levy, and making the requirements analysis of Jiangxi waterway toll levy system, this paper proposes the solutions to Fixed Levy Subsystem, Mobile Levy Subsystem, data synchronization mechanism between Fixed Levy Subsystem and Mobile Levy Subsystems based on B/S mode, including the functional structure and data access method of Fixed Levy Subsystem, the functional structure of Mobile Levy Subsystems and the program of Centralized and Distributed Mobile Levy Subsystem Based On CF GPRS Wireless Network Card, and conducts the program selection. The system will achieve comprehensively computerized bills cutting of waterway toll levy, enhance the level of management standardization, and provide the basis for the auxiliary decision-making.
