Abstract
On the basis of exclusive nature and risks of Chinese creative enterprises, the paper puts forward a value evaluation index system of venture capital of Chinese creative enterprises by six factors as product, entrepreneur, environment and risks, creativity, technology, marketing, competence. Then a practical multilevel venture capital evaluation model of creative enterprises is constructed by applying grey theory.
