Abstract :
Taking consideration of the overall relative efficiency of input-output in emergency response resources in the system and making use of data envelopment analysis(DEA) of dangerous goods accident emergency response vessel to evaluate the efficiency of resource allocation, make the evaluation proceeds with the neural network data for training, and predict the effect of generating program, to obtain the global optimal ship dangerous goods emergency resource allocation optimization program, in which the established model will be used for the Yangtze River ship dangerous goods emergency allocation of resources. Research shows that the new configuration can greatly improve the overall emergency response system relative efficiency of the Yangtze River ship dangerous goods emergency configuration and provide the scientific resources important reference.
