Abstract :
The three dimensional solid model of the boring-milling machining center is established in Solidworks environment in this paper. The modal analysis of the machine beam is finished by the finite element software and obtained the six-order vibration frequency and corresponding main vibration mode by solving it. Based on the vibration theory, the structure of the beam is optimized to improve the dynamic characteristics of boring-milling machining center.
