  • Abstract
PVC hollow fiber membrance was used for super-low permeability oil layers produced water treatment, in the light of the problem of water injection pressure of rising and difficult to standard in Daqing oilfield. The whole membrance system operated stably, and water treatment was stable at around 60-100L/h. Film processing effluent quality can reach the enterprise water quality standard. The chemical cleaning cycles of PVC alloy hollow-fiber membrance was about 15 days, which can meet industrial production requirements, and suitable for super-low permeability oil layers produced water treatment.
